Your content: Information you provide through our Platform or the Services, including your profile, reviews, media, comments, updates, ordering details and history, and other information you provide on our Platform or the Services.

 

Your searches and other activities: The search terms you have looked up and results you selected.

 

Your browsing information: How long you used our Platform or the Services and which features you used; the ads you clicked on.

 

Your communications: Communications between you and other users, Proprietors through our Platform or the Services; your participation in a survey, poll, contest or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products); your communication with us about employment opportunities posted to the Platform or the Services.

Information you choose to share from your social networks: We may collect, process and store your user ID associated with any social media account (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or Google) that you use to sign into the Platform or the Services or connect with or use with the Platform or the Services. When you sign in to your account with your social media account information, or otherwise connect to your social media account with the Platform or the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies: We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Platform or the Services, and about your use of the Platform or the Services.

Stored information and files: Our applications also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, Protected contacts and address book information.

 

Location information: Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.

 

Last URL visited: The URL of the last web page you visited before visiting our websites.

 

Mobile device IDs: Unique mobile device identifier, if you’re using our Platform or the Services on a mobile device, we may use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We may do this to store your preferences and track your use of our applications. Unlike cookies, mobile device IDs cannot be deleted. Advertising companies may use device IDs to track your use of our applications, track the number of advertisements displayed, measure advertising performance and display advertisements that are more relevant to you. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of our applications.

PERMISSIBLE AGE:

We may, from time to time, collect Information about you through the Platform or while availing the Services and collect Information from our affiliates or third parties such as technical sub-contractors, business partners, analytics providers, search information providers, payment service providers, etc., and also from publicly available sources such as commercially available marketing lists, social networks and other related media.

 

USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:

 

We use the information you provide to us to enhance the functionality and improve the quality of our Platform or the Services, and to Protect your rights and enhance your experience while using the Platform or the Services. We also use this information to display relevant advertising, provide support to you, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations. We may use your Information we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the following purposes:

  1. To identify and/or detect security breaches or attacks, errors, fraud, money laundering, abuse and other criminal activities, and investigating and taking appropriate remedial action;

 

  1. We provide some of your Protected Information (such as your name, pick up address, contact number) to the Delivery Partner who accepts your request for Services so that the Delivery Partner may contact and find you;

If you are a Proprietor, we use geo-location information for various purposes, including for you to be able to view the Delivery Partners in your area that are close to your location to provide services to you, to automatically fetch your location when you open the Platform, for the Delivery Partner to identify the pickup location and to allow you (if you choose through any features we may provide) to share this information with other people for your safety;

 

  1. If you are a Delivery Partner, we use the geo-location information for (only when the Delivery Partner activates the icon “On-Duty” on the Platform) you to receive orders close to your location even when the Platform is not in use or closed, to enable the User to track the distance of the Delivery Partner from their location for pick up, to share the exact location for the safety of the User, etc.;

 

  1. If you are a Delivery Partner, we may share your name, number, e-mail, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with our Users to provide them the Services;

 

  1. We may use your Information that we collect about you:
  2. to provide you with information or services or process transactions that you have requested or agreed to receive including to send you electronic newsletters, or to provide you with special offers or promotional materials on behalf of us or third parties;
  3. to enable you to participate in a variety of the Services’ features such as online or mobile entry sweepstakes, contests or other promotions;
  1. for internal business purposes;
  2. for inclusion in our data analytics; and
  3. for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Information or as otherwise set forth in this Policy;

 

  1. To enhance your user experience in relation to the Platform or the Services, including customisation / Protection of the Platform or the Services;

  1. to Affiliates, which are entities under common ownership or control of our ultimate parent Company Telso Technologies and Services Private Limited.
  2. to contractors, service providers and other third-parties whom we use to support our business (e.g. Proprietors on the platform) and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Protected information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  1. to third-parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to receive the promotional updates. We contractually require these third-parties to keep Protected information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL:

 

The Company shall cooperate with Government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with all the Applicable Laws. Thus, we may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information (including Protected Information, IP address, Device Information or geo-location data, etc.), to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we reasonably determine is necessary and appropriate to:

Your right to review, update, and correct your Protected information may be limited, subject to the law of your jurisdiction: If your requests are abusive or unreasonably excessive, where the rights or safety of another person or persons would be encroached upon, or if the information or material you request relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings between you and us, or providing access to you would prejudice negotiations between us or an investigation of possible unlawful activity. Your right to review, update, and correct, as well as delete your information is subject to our records retention policies and applicable law, including any statutory retention requirements.

 

EMAIL/SMS OPT-OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT:

 

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails and/or SMS by unsubscribing us. To stop receiving our promotional emails and/or SMS, you can write to us at support@telsotech.in. It may take us about Seven (7) days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your orders.

 

DELETING INFORMATION OR ACCOUNT:

 

You may request that we delete Protected information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or are being processed in a way which infringes any applicable legal requirement.

 

If you would like to delete your Protected Information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please use the “Contact Us” section on the Platform or email us on support@telsotech.in. If you delete your User Contributions from the Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Users of our Platform. SECURITY:

 

The Protected Information and Usage Information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information you transmit to the Company you do at your own risk. We recommend that you do not disclose your password or One time passwords to anyone.

 

In addition, we take reasonable steps to ensure that we retain Protected Information about you only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and consented, or as required under any contract or by applicable law.
